IYRC NGO has largely focused on the betterment of the migrant workers through various
ways and interventions and during the journey the dire need of establishment of Pravasi
Center came into picture. Realizing the need we have established the Pravasi Kendra
(Migration Center) within the community that renders all kinds of services to mitigate the
hardships of the migrant workers belonging to their source to destination. We help enable the
migrant workers to avail the social security schemes and entitlements such as EPF, ESIC, and
other services. For instance we are currently getting the workers registered for E-Shram card
and Labour Card. The skill development programs for the migrant workers are also taking
place.
