Education Program

IYRC NGO strongly believes that manifestation of expression through performing arts, cultural activities keeps a long lasting impact and helps unify the society into an inclusive entity. Cultural acts also help bring the diverse cultures and the followers to come together to embrace each other. Below are the major forms of cultural acts IYRC has been conducting within the community for peaceful inclusion and acceptance of diverse faiths and beliefs.
Chalk Board Classes (CBC)
We run a program called Chalkboard Classes which is popularly known as CBC. IYRC NGO
constantly monitored the state of education among the children in the migrant community
and through baseline assessment a conclusion was drawn that children are often kept out of
school due to various reasons such as unavailability of the required documents for the
admission, distance of schools, parent’s reluctance towards enrolling children into schools, and
expensive tuition fee. IYRC established CBC to help the children with quality education with the
help of a teaching and learning manual developed by expert educators. IYRC also helps these students in mainstreaming and admission procedure in government schools and also remain in touch with the students for the periodic assessment of their academic growth. We focus more on practical learning and making children learn things in creative and recreational way.
IYRC Digital Adda Learning
Digital Adda propagates any type of learning or instructional practice that makes effective use
of technology and tools throughout the learning process. These range from use of smartphones,
tablets and smart boards in classrooms to sophisticated AI led tools for adaptive learning. Since
IYRC works with the community which is partially deprived from digital resources and their
utilization. Aspirations of the youth directly depend on digital literacy and this motivated us to
start a classroom setup that renders digital education to all kinds of aspirants. Digital literacy at Digital Adda made the life of the migrant workers easy through skilling them in basic needs such as online money transfers, ticket booking and availing the services that required online registration along with conventional computer learning programs and certification. Digital Adda made digital literacy easy an accessible within the migrant communities.
Empowering Adolescents and Youth with Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR)
Our program engages adolescents and youth in conversations about the changes in their bodies and equips them with the knowledge to recognize and advocate for their rights. We dismantle myths surrounding crucial topics such as reproductive health, menstruation, gender, sexuality, consent, and decision-making. Through accurate and comprehensive information, we empower young individuals to make informed choices and advocate effectively for their well-being.
